Terms and Conditions – Kalashri – Kathak Classical Dance Academy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any program or class at the Kalashri – Kathak Classical Dance Academy.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Enrollment and Registration:
a. Enrollment is open to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
b. Registration must be completed online or in-person using accurate and up-to-date personal information.
c. The Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without providing a reason.
Fees and Payments:
a. Tuition fees and any other applicable charges must be paid in full before the start of the program or class.
b. All payments must be made in the currency specified by the Academy.
c. Refunds or credits are not provided for missed classes, except in cases of long-term illness or injury with proper documentation.
Class Schedule:
a. The Academy will provide a schedule of classes, which may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
b. Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for each class.
c. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases,
alternative arrangements will be made.
Conduct and Discipline:
a. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors, staff, fellow students, and the Academy’s premises.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
c. Students are responsible for the care and maintenance of any Academy property used during classes.
Liability:
a. The Kathak Dance Academy and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the
premises.
b. Students are responsible for their own health and well-being during classes and must notify the Academy of any pre-existing medical
conditions or injuries.
Media Release:
a. The Academy reserves the right to capture photographs, videos, or other media during classes and events for promotional purposes.
b. By enrolling, students grant the Academy permission to use such media without compensation.
Privacy Policy:
a. The personal information provided during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties
without consent.
Termination:
a. The Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student for violations of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
b. In case of termination, no refunds will be provided.
Amendments:
a. The Academy may modify or update these terms and conditions as needed. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
